This doesn’t look good!!!😳
Kurt my neighbor set up these Bee hives early this Spring when it was still very cold. I asked him if they would be OK……..
All Summer hundreds of Bees have been swarming around these wooden boxes!
Today as I hiked past the Bee hives, I could see from where I was standing (FAR AWAY) hundreds of Bees!😬
When I see Kurt, I will ask what happened to the hive on the left, and why it has been dismantled……
I am wondering if that hive had a mass die off, I can’t imagine why!🤔
Today’s hike was much needed, they always are Lol!😇
My morning was spent reading the THIRD garage door installation instruction manual!😳
As it turns out, this third manual needs to be cross referenced with manual one and two! Then the third manual, also has an added addendum manual at the back of manual, and it MUST be cross reference with the front of Manuel three!😮
OK………………☺️
By 3:00 PM I called it a day, I had made good progress………
Tomorrow will be the installation of the required safety cables!😲
I hiked uphill………
Just past the bench in the third photo is the Apple orchard, also just beyond the barn in the second…….
I started looking for Bear scat, this is where we found it on yesterday’s hike.
Sections of tall grass are now flattened. Our family of Bears are staying close to the Apple trees…….easy feasting!😄
Bear Spray in backpack …..
Check!😇
No Bears in sight, but I will look as I hike, this could be a Mother Bear and her cubs!
This is there home………as well!!😄

Beautiful pine trees. I'd love to have one. Hehe
We have many different pine trees up here in the Northwest. If you go to the eastern side of the mountains you get very large ponderosa pine, over here we have shore Pine's, they are both beautiful!😀
Cool. There are pine trees in our place too but different kind. In Baguio City, where it is cold there's another kind too.
How cold can it get in Baguio City? Is this city close to the mountains?
Oh, Baguio City is in a mountain range. I think it reached 10 degrees but never has gone zero or negative. The coldest is Buguias town, and they go around 6 degrees. There they experience frost.
Sounds like a beautiful mountain range, do you ever get the opportunity to go hike in these mountains?
I remember I had tried in Sierra Madre when we are going to a waterfall.
Manuals are confusing to me!
Hahaha... you can see the bees far, far away!
On my way to the postal tower is a bush, which is full of bees. You can hear the buzzing of the bees... but they don't bother anyone!
This is the same neighbor that had the goats killed, I talked to her today on my hike, she said one of the beehives had a massive die out, she isn't sure why @silversaver888... She also said they had motion sensors by the beehives, and something tripped the sensor, probably that cougar....
