My Actifit Report Card: September 26 2022

Gone out this morning to have my 6th and 7th injection for dog scratches. So nasty, my arms, feel heavy, itchy and stinging that they look like huge mosquitoes have been feasting on them.

Weather was extremely bad last night that I only managed three hours of sleep. So I must get to bed early this evening.

Good thing was it's not too wet this afternoon that Max and I been walking around. Of course, I did my daily stretches, a bit of yoga stretches, lessons preparation, work, etc.
