It was indeed a tussle as Liverpool came up against Italian giants Inter Milan in a round of 16 clash on Wednesday. After the hard-fought victory by Jürgen Klopp's men, English pundits were full of praises for the Merseyside Red team.
In a tie that lived up to the expectation, the two opponents battled goalless at the closure of the first period. However, as at the climax of 90 minutes, Klopp's men emerged 2-0 victors.

Ferdinand takes dig at Manchester United:
