Sri Lanka batted first after winning the toss entire team dismissed just for 103 runs in the first ball of the 19th over, Kusal Perera scored 30 off 25, Bhanuka Rajapaksa 20 off 13, Charith Asalanka 14 off 20, Dasun Shanaka 10 off 8, apart from this Chamika Karunaratne dismissed just for 8 runs, Dinesh Chandimal 5 runs, Dhananjaya de Silva 4 runs, Wanindu Hasaranga 4 runs, Dushmantha Chameera 1 run, Maheesh Theekshana dismissed without scoring, and Praveen Jayawickrama remains unbeaten without scoring, in this way, Sri Lanka batted first after winning the toss, wickets keep falling one after another, end of the result entire team all-out just for 103 runs in 18.1 overs, and set a target of 104 runs in front of South Africa.
