The final match of the Womens Big Bash League 2021 was played yesterday between Perth Scorchers Women and Adelaide Strikers Women at Perth Stadium, Perth, in which Perth Scorchers Women beats Adelaide Strikers Women by 12 runs to win another Womens Big Bash League title.

In this way, Perth Scorchers Women batted first after losing the toss, scored 146 runs for the loss of just 5 wickets in stipulated 20 overs, and set a target of 147 runs for Adelaide Strikers Wome.

Adelaide Strikers Women bowlers Megan Schutt, Darcie Brown, Amanda Wellington, and Tahlia McGrath got 1-1 wicket.

Adelaide Strikers Women chasing 147 runs in the second inning, they could manage just 134 runs for losing 6 wickets in stipulated 20 overs and lost the final match by 12 runs. Perth Scorchers Women bowlers Taneale Peschel took 2 wickets just for 23 runs, Heather Graham took 2 wickets for 30 runs, Marizanne Kapp and Sophie Devine got 1-1 wicket.

Perth Scorchers Women's all-rounder Marizanne Kapp was selected as the best player of the match, she performed very brilliant batting as well also in bowling, scored 31 runs with the help of 4 boundaries in just 23 balls, and got 1 wicket for 25 runs.
