The 5th and last Match of the Australia Women tour of India, 2022 was played yesterday at Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai. In which Australia Women beats India Women by 54 runs and also won the series by 4-1.

India Women won the toss and invited Australia Women to bat first, Australia Women started the inning, not very well but the ending was very brilliant, Beth Mooney and Phoebe Litchfield came to start the inning, the first wicket has gone very quickly just for 8 runs in first ball of the 2nd over, Beth Mooney dismissed just for 2 runs, next batsman Tahlia McGrath came to bat, after few moments the second wicket has also gone for 17 runs in 3.3 over, Phoebe Litchfield dismissed just for 11 runs, next batsman Ellyse Perry came to bat and played well with Tahlia McGrath, the third wicket has gone for 55 runs in 7.5 over, Tahlia McGrath dismissed after scoring 26 runs in 26 balls, followed by Ashleigh Gardner came to bat and handled the inning with Ellyse Perry, the fourth wicket has gone for 67 runs in 9.4 over, Ellyse Perry dismissed after scoring 18 runs in 14 balls, next batsman Grace Harris came to bat handled the inning and played a very briliant unbeaten quick half-century inning of 64 runs with the help of 4 sixes and 6 boundaries in just 35 balls with Ashleigh Gardner, and Ashleigh Gardner also played a very brilliant unbeaten quick half-century inning of 66 runs with help of 1 six and 11 boundaries in just 32 balls. In this way, Australia Women scored 196 runs losing just 4 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs and set a very strong target of 197 runs for India Women.

Indian Women bowlers Anjali Sarvani, Deepti Sharma, Shafali Verma, and Devika Vaidya got 1-1 wicket.

Australian Women bowler Heather Graham performed very brilliant bowling, she took 4 wickets just for 8 runs in 2 overs, Ashleigh Gardner took 2 wickets for just 20 runs, Darcie Brown, Tahlia McGrath, and Annabel Sutherland got 1-1 wicket.

Australia Women all-rounder batsman Ashleigh Gardner was selected as the best player of the match and the series, she performed very brilliant batting as well as also in bowling, played a very brilliant unbeaten quick half-century inning of 66 runs with help of 1 six and 11 boundaries in just 32 balls, and also took 2 wickets just for 20 runs in her spell.
