Delhi Capitals win over Chennai Super Kings by 6 wickets, IPL Match No- 50th.

The 50th match of the Indian Premier League 2021 was played yesterday between Delhi Capitals and Chennai Super Kings at Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai, in which Delhi Capitals won the match by 6 wickets.

Delhi Capitals won the toss and desided to bowl first, Chennai Super Kings batted first started the inning not very well, Ruturaj Gaikwad and Faf du Plessis came to start the inning, the first wicket of the inning has gone for 28 runs in 2.4 over, Faf du Plessis dismissed for 10 runs in 8 balls, next batsman Robin Uthappa came to bat, after few moments Ruturaj Gaikwad dismissed after scoring 13 runs in 13 balls as second wicket in 4.4 over, team score was 39 runs, followed by Moeen Ali came to bat, and he dismissed just for 5 runs as third wicket in 7.4 over, team score was 59 runs, next batsman Ambati Rayudu came to bat, meanwhile the fourth wicket has also gone for 62 runs in 8.3 over, Robin Uthappa dismissed after scoring 19 runs in 19 balls, followed by MS Dhoni came to bat, handled the inning and played a brilliant half-century partnership of 70 runs with Ambati Rayudu, the fifth wicket has gone for 132 runs in farst ball of the last over, MS Dhoni dismissed after scoring 18 runs in 27 balls, followed by Ravindra Jadeja came to ba, and he remians unbeaten for 1 run with Ambati Rayudu, and Ambati Rayudu played a brilliant unbeaten half-century inning of 55 runs with the help of 2 sixes and 5 boundaries in 43 balls. In this way, Chennai Super Kings batted first after losing the toss, scored 136 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 20 overs, and set a target of 137 runs for Delhi Capitals.

Delhi Capitals bowlers Axar Patel took 2 wickets just for 18 runs, Anrich Nortje, Avesh Khan, and Ravichandran Ashwin got 1-1 wicket.

In this way, Delhi Capitals chasing 137 runs in the second inning achieved the target in the fourth ball of the last over for a loss of 7 wickets in 19.4 overs and won the match by 3 wickets.

Chennai Super Kings bowlers Ravindra Jadeja and Shardul Thakur took 2-2 wickets, Deepak Chahar, Josh Hazlewood, and Dwayne Bravo got 1-1 wicket.

Delhi Capitals bowler Axar Patel was selected for the Best Player of the Match, he took 2 wickets just for 18 runs.
