I have dedicated a good part of ,my time since joining the Hive blockchain to onboard and educate my enrolees on how to best maximize the blockchain. It climaxed when my office space was converted to a Hive Hub for full time training of anyone who's interested in joining Hive or Steem. I even allow my PC and internet device to be used y those who can't afford a gadget till they are able to own theirs.

There';s nothing that satisfies me as offering help to someone and the help meets his/her need. y this I mean that many I have enroled to this chain has made a living and improved in one or more aspects of their lives. However, at some point, I couldn't rally give my best to the face-to-face teaching of the enrolees due to covid-19 and financial constraint to run the office space as some other projects came up that demanded my finances.

As we are starting 2021 things are shaping up antwith the suport I'm earning from the LeoFinance community, I'm ready to scale my training activities

With things shaping up Hive's second layer, I'm ready to do more, enrolment and training would now be community centered and some of the older trainees have offered to support in the mentoring process. We want to build a sustainable system of bringing in new users who will maximize this space to their very best while staying passionate and committed to the build of this platform.

Thanks to @LeoFinance's several onboarding options, the new ones which are reducing the entry-point bottlenecks. I remember when I joined Steem/Hive in 2018, I needed to give in hours and weeks of personal d=research. I literally had to close my office to read about blockchain, cryptocurrency and the #howto posts of steem. I had really invested my time and when the rewards started coming, I wasn't very surprised. The knowledge I gathered has made it easy to guide other new users.

The Lightning DB will be our next major release (in less than a week after we finish the final tests)

Reading the latest post by @loefinance so excites me as the long awaited micro-blogging experience would soon kick-off coupled with the eased sign-up via Twitter.

One of the biggest Challenges I had with enrolling new users especially those not close to my reach way that of the sign-up modalities. Most of them did usually got lost and lost interest in using the platform. There were several bottlenecks to a new users ease of use of Hive account do to so many deviations from the conventional socialmedia interfaces. Having to deal with long keys, Hive power (different from second layer token power), voting manna, rewards computation and many more.

I'll be glad to make a compilation of the entire experience of using Hive blockchain in a book and have it shared across to those not accessible to my training Hub. I'll love to have it in ebook or in print. I'm hopeful the the Lightning DB will make the blogging experience here more seamless.

I think with the new options of registration, your onboard users won't become lost as such running away or abandoning it.
You must be really generous to lend out your gadget to help your enrollees to use for their blogging until they finally got theirs.
And I think the compilation of the experiences you have on Hiveblockchain if printed in a book like you said will be a really big help to your trainees that are not easily accessible or reachable due to distance.

Certainly.

I stood on the shoulders of others to see this far. I need to lend mine too to others.

Yes. That's my project for 2021.

Thanks for stopping by.
