Meme challenge #243 Entry #1 when you have had one too many

Drinking beer makes you go more often to the toilet, you know, and so you must try to limit this. If you have a problem with drinking beer, you must limit this too.

If you drink a lot of beer, you will suffer from "beer belly" and your arms will start to grow and so you must limit this too.

If you drink beer, you are going to get very, very hungover. And so you must do your best to control this too.

Of course, this will require you to spend a lot of time and money on research and learning to control your consumption. At the same time, you will limit all other activities.

All people with beer problems can benefit from this sort of lifestyle. If you choose to adopt it, no one will judge you and try to tell you that it is a bad lifestyle. In fact, you will feel good about it.

In fact, the only person who will judge you will be you. And you'll feel good about this too.

To really limit beer drinking, you will need to follow these rules and principles. And if you break these principles, you should drink less.

To limit your beer drinking, you must be strict with yourself. To truly limit your consumption, you need to be consistent. You can never say that you will not drink beer. The only option is to say that you will not drink more than X amount of beer.

The next thing is to never do things you should not do when you are drunk. This includes sex, drugs and driving. Never drive when you are drunk.

But for the rest of the time, you can have beer.

The beer should be very cheap. In other words, it is cheaper to be a beer-drinker than to drink other drinks.

The next thing is to avoid the special beers. For example, those made from wheat.

The last thing is to choose a beer that is made by small breweries. The better the brewery, the better the beer.

Conclusion

By now, you have probably figured out that it is not possible to limit the amount of beer you drink. It is a social act.

Even if you limit your beer drinking, it will still be there. You have to limit your exposure. Your job is to simply avoid drinking too much and driving.

And if that is not possible, your boss should just cut your beer allowance. Don't get me wrong, this will not be easy and may make you want to start drinking again. But if you get really sick, don't wait too long.

If you're in recovery, it is important to remember that you can never get over it. Once you have a drink, there is no going back.

Drinking vs Drinking water

This refers to the time when I was an active runner and realised the importance of being properly hydrated.
This is the key to a healthy you.
At the end it is the level of hydration that can tip the balance in your favour or against you on a race day
