Our Splinterlands Plushies Arrived!!

Hi Everyone,

It has been a long wait but these super cute plushies finally arrived! From the announcement, they were going to be made, and then order and waiting for them to arrive seemed like took forever. The company did say that we will probably get them in September so getting them in August was way above expectation. There were two characters to be made, Byz Kitty and Zaku. At first, I was thinking of buying one of each so the kids can share BUT that idea changed quickly as I know they both really liked Byz Kitty so I didn't want to risk it, might as well buy both so that way there will be no tears when the plushies arrive.

I know my kids, even though they may have chosen one over the other, when the final product comes, they probably think the other one is better so let's just get two of each. Ordering was pretty easy and at one point I was worried that we won't meet the limit for Zaku (the company needs to have at least 200 in order for them to make them). But as the cutoff time was getting closer, we could see people were putting their last minute orders in.

I received the parcel in the morning and waited for my kids to finish school to open them together. Although it wasn't packed that great considering we did pay quite a bit for postage, it arrived safely. Each plushy came with a dust bag which was a nice touch. Both kids were given one of each and they ended up lining them up on the floor to see how they measure. They did say that the plushies looked much cuter than the actual card especially Zaku, according to BB E, it doesn't look as fierce. So after letting them play with them for a while, back they go into the dust bags. These will be our new collectibles and will be sitting in a safe place. I hope Splinterlands will be able to make a variety of plushies so we can start a new collection.
