Promise and fail

Life is full of ups and downs. It sometimes shows its mysterious side that made us wonder if we can truly and fully comprehend what it's all about.

Promise is a quality of reality that only God has the capacity to fulfil. It is common to see human beings make promises.

You hear them say i will do this for you, by tomorrow I will give you this, by next year i will buy you that. These are promises by man.

While humanity expect that a promise is kept because they believe it is a debt, they forget such is not a quality of man.

In fact, no man has a right to make any promise because the life you live is not controlled by you. By control, i mean, you don't decide if you will be alive tomorrow or die or any moment.

There is a power regulating that and if that is true, making a promise while living a life that is not certain is a wrong thing to do because you have owed a debt you know you may not pay.

Correctly, it is a quality of man to promise and fail. These two are true for man. Man's expectation cannot always be met. If this is true, it follows to say that the person promising doesn't have the right to do so because he himself might have unforseen circumstance that will stop his promises.

While all the above can be true for man, such is not for the Supreme Being. Only Him has the power to promise and not fail.

Failure is never part of His qualities or attributes. If He premises, He fulfils.

Man's imperfection means he will do things imperfectly. God's perfection means He Will do things perfectly.

So when a man promises you anything, be sure he already plans to fail because it is not his property to make a promise.

Things happen to man in seconds that changes everything entirely. A man can move from being poor to being rich and vice versa.

This shows clearly that any promise by man is logically bound to fail except he lives to see the day he promised to deliver whatever he premises and his status when he made the promise remains the same or has even upgraded.

Anything below that, means he will not deliver the promise, hide from it or even denies it.

In sum, promise and fail is an attribute of man and not of God. God cannot fail. Things may look like they are delayed but they are never a sign of failure. He always delivers His promises.

Trust in His promises, He will fulfill them. He always does.
