Sunset, Day is Done

Sunset, Day is Done

I love taking pictures of sunsets, sky, flowers, insects, horizon and more. I do a lot of that with my mobile phone camera. It doesn't really give me the quality I always desire, but I use it anyway. I hope someday I will make enough money here to acquire a professional camera.

Some days, especially on stressful days, I take some time out in the evening after close of work to take a walk around the field or sit in the parks to clear my head. I always find myself hanging around till the sun begins to retire for the day. I pull out my phone to take a few pictures of the sun going down before heading back home.

The sun works round the clock and doesn't rest or slow down, but we often consider it a half-day worker. I feel it's just such a hard job to do - heating up everything everytime. The sun is just so good at what it does. It does the task all day long with no sweats. Amazing Nature!

In this post I will be sharing a collection of few pictures of the sun setting in different days.

The sky turned crimson red in colour like the clouds were set on fire after the sun had gone down.

Sometimes it's not that the sun isn't shining. It might just be hiding behind some thick heavy cloud.

This day, as the moving cloud went by the retiring sun, what resulted was this amazing yellow colour with the dark cloud underlining it.

The following pictures below were taken from the same spot. They show how the sun gradually set until it finally faded away.

As the sun retired its rays were still visible from behind the clouds until it was finally gone and the day was done.

#Trustmycam is my signature. I love putting it on my pictures, though I had it on only one picture in this post.

And this post is done. Get on the next...
