Life’s twist and turns!😊
Have you heard the old saying……….
“ It’s not the miles, but the road traveled!”😇
“Liz do you want to hike early today, then we can go set up our sound equipment at Church, and run through our set of Worship music for tomorrow!”🥰
We started hiking up our road…………….
Meow………….😻
Our friend at the tiny house stopped us to chat……..
“Silvertop our kitten is FIFTY feet up a Canadian Hemlock tree, and he’s afraid to come back down!😳
It’s way to high to climb up and rescue the kitten.
Everyone is hoping he will get hungry and come back down on his own.
When we finished hiking and passed his tiny home on the way back down, all was quiet.
Liz and I are hoping he came down.
I will try to talk to my neighbor tomorrow and find out.
I almost had this happen with “Cot the baby Mountain Lion!”😻
As a very small baby, Silvertop had him outside in a cat carrier as I ate lunch.
“Cot do you want to sit by Silvertop?”😊
He shot out like a rocket, ten feet up an old growth Cedar tree!😳
“ Cot…… you come back down her NOW!”😬
“Yes dad, I was just checking out the view of the Mountains !”😻
That was stressful!😅
Well he is a Baby Mountain Lion Lol!😇
With today’s hike finished, we loaded up Liz’s car with my guitar, amp, and Liz’s electronic keyboard, and headed to Church.
We lead once a month, and last month we set up wireless in ear monitors for both of us……………..
It’s awesome to be able to personally dial in vocal, keys, drums, and guitar……. 🤗
Today we were training Abby to run the house sound.
That’s Abby in the fourth photo…… I’m not sure who that other pretty lady is! Lol!🥰
When Abby booted up the virtual sound board, we had terrible audio interference coming out of the main house speakers LOUDLY!😳😬
“Turn something down Silvertop!”😬

Silvertop has always been wired mentally as a “troubleshooter”, it what I do best!😇
I remember when I installed my new electric garage door opener, the manual started that I MUST use special light bulbs.
I didn’t really believe this, and I went online to see if other people had problems with regular LED bulbs!🤔
Sure enough, I found stories of garage doors not opening, or closing…………
Or sometimes opening on their own!😲
I changed out two LED bulbs, for regular incandescent bulbs, on a pole lamp next to the sound rack.
Then I separated two wireless base receivers further apart, and aimed a receiver antenna further away from our metal rack.
Hmmm………
“ Liz, I think it’s OK now, that was spooky, we don’t want that happening Sunday morning!”😬
“ Liz maybe we should have hiked afterwards, so I could burn off some of this stress Lol!”😇🥰
Silvertop is now going to relax, writing my post for tonight.
I have had too much excitement for today Lol!😇🤣

Aren't garages opening on their own great? Self opening! Great post. "Twists and turns" are better than "swings and roundabouts" as it gets you somewhere 😊

Great stepping there @silvertop, and that was an exciting day with both a stuck kitten and loud noises, I hope the kitten got down well enough, and having learned a lesson lol, thanks for sharing and stay awesome.

I remember a baby cat in our place helping her to go down, her mother is mad. They're the stray cats who stays in our yard.
