This beautiful Hawk was just sitting on a broken tree branch looking at Silvertop!☺️
Then, he took flight!!!!😲
Next time I will just ask him to come a bit closer, and hold perfectly still for my photo shoot Lol!😇
Do I feel a breeze……….
The “trick” during the summer months is to open all the windows early in the day.
Then if you don’t have A/C, by Noon you close up everything and “hunker down” till evening, and then open all windows for the evening.
I ran around the house this morning opening windows……………
Hmmm it’s actually cool outside, what temperature is it?
Fifty degrees Fahrenheit, now that’s my kind of weather!🤗
No worries Silvertop is a true Northwesterner Lol!😇
By 3:30 PM it was time to give my garage painting a break for the day, and I headed uphill……
Wow it is dry……. Just look at the fourth photo, one spark and this dry grass would all go “up in smoke”! 😳
Hmmm….Where has Silvertop heard that Lol!😇
Silvertop is dating himself with that comment Lol!
“Red Flag Warning” this Friday starting at Noon!😮
Low humidity, and windy conditions could fan any spark into a wildfire!😳

Beautiful hawk! I was surprised how cool it was this morning when I headed out to work. I looked at the thermometer on the dash and was surprised to see 50 degrees! I closed the vent to outside air as I refuse to turn on the heat yet! Especially when they are calling for 91 on Saturday! 🤗💕
Wildfire season!!!
Gosh, I still remember the wildfires of last year.
The smoke seems to come and go up here… One day it is all cleared out, and this morning you can smell the smoke is back in the air!😳
Sounds like it's really getting cold there, in contrast with our warm weather.

50° is comfortable, fall weather is approaching I’ll take it any day over hot weather, unfortunately the hot weather is returning soon it will do this back-and-forth till winter! Have a great weekend!😊
