What temperature is it outside!😳..........My Actifit Report Card: Aug 24 2022
That’s what I call the optimum hiking temperature 27 degrees Fahrenheit!😎
Unfortunately this temperature was recorded at a walk-in refrigerator at Costco LOl!😇
I think we are being “slow roasted” today, with the temperatures back up above 95 degrees!🥵
Silvertop spent the cool of the morning painting the garage. By Noon I was wondering if today’s forecast was off a bit, it was still comfortable.🤔
My garage faces due South, and after lunch it was well over 90 degrees and climbing!😅

Time for some work on our blockchain, and then a hike in the cooler dense forest.
My Solar arrays are on the South side of my garage, and they are in full Sun this time of day……..they are happy!😎
I read and respond to many @actifit fitness reports being a moderator. So many parts of the World are extremely hot this time of year. It always encourages me to read these post, everyone is improving their health!
The one thing I always try to tell others is to pace yourself!😇
Take breaks when you can, you will be refreshed when you return to your task!
