My Actifit Report Card: June 15 2022

44 years ago today …….
I took my flight check ride with a Federal Aviation administration Examiner, and received my Private Pilot, Fixed wing, Single Engine Land Certificate!🤗
Where does the time go Lol!🤣
Many Aviation adventures………
From large commercial Airports in “Q” with 737’s, to grass fields!😇
Snow packed runway, and “Black Ice covered runways, Silvertop has been there……☺️
I had a long list of friends that wanted to go flying with me ……. And some that would not!😳
One friend said……..
“Silvertop I thought you were crazy, and when you handed the controls over to me at 5,000 ft I KNEW you were crazy Lol!🤣”
On that particular flight, I had my friend, his Wife, an one more friend “Jimmy” in the back seat about to get air sick!😮
Our home town Cincinnati airport had declared an emergency! A large corporate plane was circling unable to lower the landing gear, and they were foaming the runway!
We circled stacked up in a holding pattern!
“It’s all good my friend, most of these planes can almost fly themselves!”😇🤣
Good times, good friends!
Everything turned out OK and the plane at the last minute was able to lower the landing gear!🤗

Hmmm…..where is Silvertop………Lol!🤣
I spent the full day on the ground mowing Lol!😅
At lunchtime I got the news that an older member of our last Church had passed away today. Glen and his Wife Cathie are in the third photo. I believe he had a form of COPD…………
Rest In Peace Glen!😔
Stay healthy, treasure your Loved ones, and come mow Silvertop’s yard Lol!🤣😅
