Laughter not only helps you feel better but it also helps to prevent disease as well as maintaining your overall health. But unfortunately we still don't have many tips to help us feel better for smiling and laughing....

When you smile and laugh at something that makes you feel better, you automatically push aside all your negative feelings and thoughts. When you are in pain, all you can think about is your problem. This way, your sticker will be seen as you are smiling. You will also want to use your own facial expression instead of just your mouth to make your lips look happy. Your mouth does not look happy when your lips are pursed.

So, now you do not have to feel bad for smiling when you are depressed. Try it, and I am sure you will feel better for smiling. Just remember that when you are feeling down, there are some things that you can do to make yourself smile. When you have a funny bone in your body, do not let it go unnoticed, because people around you will see it. Also, if you want to feel better for laughing and smiling, then you might as well act on it, so you can laugh and smile at the same time. Laughter can also be a gateway to long life apart from being a way to cheer up laughter can do a lot of good to us, just putting smiles on our faces each day has its own implications of course I mean good implications, for most of us that might not know laughter and smile brings good luck to us in other words I may advise for a frequent smile most especially when we meet new people it opens ways for us.
