My Actifit Report Card: January 14 2021
Doing my daily activities is fun, and I enjoy my work. It’s my passion. Visiting my patients at the hospital. I am happy to see my patients getting better and I discharged some of them. I am happy to see them smile and may walk, may live as before hospitalized. Most of my patients are older adults. They had chronic diseases and some complications. They experience heart disease, chronic lung disease, hypertension, diabetes, chronic ulcer, osteoarhritis, and other gastic problems.
I am driving a lot today. I went to Bireuen town, which is about 100 kms distance from my home in Gayo Highlands. There is moderate rain today, so I have to drive carefully. The temperature dropped to 18oC.
At evening, I am having a cup of tea at Kenred Coffee Shop. I’ve drank four cups of espresso today, so at the evening, just sipping a cup of tea. I think I just addicted to caffein already. I got headache when I don’t drink coffee yet, and it got better when I finished having a cup of espresso.

Very detailed report. I wish I could get back on Actifit soon but I'm just quite busy at the moment with a lot.
