La Toscana es una región de Italia donde encontraremos bastantes atractivos turísticos como zonas agrícolas, de viñedos, etc. En esta zona es donde se desarrolla una historia de pasado doloroso y amor. La película acaba de estrenarse hace poco, siendo de origen Danes. Su director es Mehdi Avaz.

Tuscany is a region of Italy where we find many tourist attractions such as agricultural areas, vineyards, etc. In this area is where a story of painful past and love takes place. The film has just been released recently, being of Danish origin. Its director is Mehdi Avaz.

Sinopsis: Theo Dahl es un chef danes, que acaba de enterarse que su padre ha fallecido. El no se comunicaba con él, pero debido a urgencias de dinero, decide intentar conseguir el mismo, mediante la venta de su herencia. Una construcción y sus aledaños ubicada en la Toscana, Italia. Su viaje a la zona lo reencontrará con su pasado.

Synopsis: Theo Dahl is a Danish chef, who has just found out that his father has passed away. He did not communicate with him, but due to money urgencies, he decides to try to get the same, by selling his inheritance. A building and its surroundings located in Tuscany, Italy. His trip to the area will reunite him with his past.

Al comienzo creí que la comida iba a tomar más relevancia, pero solo agarra un trozo. En general, es una historia de romance y drama, con bellos paisajes. Me gusta que abarque el tema del pasado, y como este puede determinar nuestra personalidad, incluso cuando quieres escapar o ser totalmente opuesto.

At first I thought the food was going to take on more relevance, but it just grabs a chunk. Overall, it is a story of romance and drama, with beautiful scenery. I like that it covers the theme of the past, and how it can determine our personality, even when you want to escape or be the complete opposite.

Lo más bello son los escenarios, en donde podremos ver un poco del día a día en esa región. La historia romántica no sale mucho de los clichés, pero aun así tiene su encanto. Se hace mucho juego a los contrastes de sus personalidades. El tramo entre el intermedio y final, es atrapante.

The most beautiful thing is the scenery, where we can see a bit of the day to day life in that region. The romantic story is not very much out of the clichés, but still has its charm. The contrasts of their personalities are played up. The stretch between the intermission and the end is gripping.

Un tema interesante es el ver distintas nacionalidades involucradas en una historia, me gustaría ver más proyectos con esa idea. La actuación es aceptable, sin nadie en particular a destacar.

An interesting theme is to see different nationalities involved in a story, I would like to see more projects with that idea. The acting is acceptable, with no one in particular standing out.
