Gym Day 33: A Lively Day in The Gym

Hello everyone. The gym was quite lively today due to the kids working out. There were already a couple of them when I arrived in the gym today.

I guess this is the new normal on my morning workout. I would love to have the whole gym for myself since I always time my workouts and if there are alot of us in the gym and that might cause some delays.

Anyways my triceps were still a little bit sore but luckily this morning it seems better. Nothing a good day of rest can't handle I guess.

My firsr workout for today are Inclined Bench Presses using 70lbs of weight. I did 3 sets of 13 reps each.

Next were TBar Rows using 80lbs of weight. I did 3 sets of 16 reps each.

Then Flat Dumbbell Press using 25lbs of weight on each hand. I did 3 sets of 13 reps each.

Then a 30 minute cardio using the excercise bike.

Next were Latteral Pulldowns using 80lbs of weight. I did 3 sets of 10 reps each.

Next were Cable Fly's using 40lbs of weight on each hand. I did 3 sets of 13 reps each.

Next were Good Mornings using only a Barbell Bar. I did 3 sets of 20 reps each.

And lastly another 30 minute cardio using the Elliptical Machine.
