Gym Day 32: My Body Is Adjusting After 4 Days of Resting

Hello everyone. Today I finally got back to the gym again. And it seems not only me but a few teenage kids were there. The gym was packed. These kids have been working out here for a few months now and I haven't seen them for weeks now. I asked them why and the reason why they couldn't workout was school. It seems like their school just started.

First on my workout list today is an EZ Bar Curl using 30lbs of weight. I did 3 sets of 13 reps each.

Next were EZ Bar Upright Rows using 30lbs of weight. I did 3 sets of 13 reps each.

Next were EZ Bar Tricep Extensions using 20lbs of weight. I did 3 sets of 13 reps each.

Next was a 30 minute cardio using the excercise bike.

Then I did a Double Dumbbell Curls using 20lbs of weight on each hand. I did 3 sets of 13 reps each.

Next were Dumbell Frontal Raise using 15lbs of weight on each hand. I did 3 sets of 13 reps each.

Next were Tricep Pushdowns using 80lbs pf weight. I did 3 sets of 13 reps each.

And lastly another 30 minute cardio using the Elliptical Machine.

Its my first workout in a while. I think I had a 4 day rest before today and I think my body was adjusting to the workout. That is why I hate skipping a workout schedule because if my body rested for more than 2 days. I feel like my strength is restarting. I may need a few days of workout before I feel like my body is back into full condition.
