Gym Day 31: Bad Sleeping Habit Caused My Lack Of Strength

Hello everyone! Today is another day for sweating πŸ₯΅ and it was hot πŸ”₯.

Today I thought that I have rested well yesterday and I did... But I think my sleeping posture got the better of me. My body felt fine when I woke up but I can definitely tell the difference on my strength during todays workout.

My sleeping posture restricts the flow of blood to either my arms when I roll around. When I woke up either my arms or legs feel numb due to lack of blood flow and I think that was the reason for my lack of strength even though I rested quite well.

Anyways lets get on to the workout details shall we?

First on the list are Inclined Bench Press using 70lbs of weight. I tried doing 3 sets of 13 reps each and I did so after my 2nd set. Its on the 3rd set that I ran into trouble. On my last few reps I felt that my arm has run out of strength and so I only did 8 reps for the last set.

Second epic fail... Next was suppose to be a back workout but I stupidly did a Flat Dumbell Press instead. I used 50lbs of weight for both hands and I did 3 sets of 16 reps each. +1 rep from my usual 15 reps

Next were TBar Rows using 80lbs pf weight. I did 3 sets of 16 reps each. Again +1 rep

Next was a 30 minute cardio using the excercise bike.

Next were Seated Cable Rows using 80lbs of weight. I did 3 sets of 16 reps each. Again +1 rep

Next were High Cable Fly's using 80lbs, 40lbs on each hand. I did 3 sets of 16 reps each.

Next were Good Mornings using just the bar and no weights added. I did 3 sets of 20 reps each.

And lastly another 30 minute cardio using the Elliptical Machine.

Well I only really had a hard time on the bench press today. So I will stick to my old routine of 12 reps for each next week until I feel like doing 12 is already easy.

Tomorrow is a Saturday and so no workouts for tomorrow 😁

5 years this has been happening to me, it started here, around people that are still here. Homeland security has done nothing at all, they are not here to protect us. Dont we pay them to stop shit like this? The NSA, CIA, FBI, Police and our Government has done nothing. Just like they did with the Havana Syndrome, nothing. Patriot Act my ass. The American government is completely incompetent. The NSA should be taken over by the military and contained Immediately for investigation.
