Gym Day 22: Workout Got Cut Short
Hello guys as the title says, today I had my workout cut short. The reason for that is my stomach is not feeling well and needed some private time ðŸ˜
Anyways I did my best to atleast do half of my usual routine and got it just right in the middle.
First one I did today were Bench Presses. I used my new normal weights of 70lbs. I did 3 sets of 12 reps each.
Next were TBar Rows using 60lbs of weight. I did 3 sets of 12 reps each.
Next were Inclined Dumbell Press using 30lbs on both hands totalling of 60lbs. I did 3 sets of 12 reps each.
Next and final one was a 30 minute cardio using the excercise bike. Now the funny coincidence is, I had the exact same experience as the last time I had my workout cut short. Just 5 minutes remaining on my 30 minute cardio my stomach started aching. I know immediately that I will need some private time but I wanted to finish the whole 30 minutes and I did luckily.
Hopefully this will not become a regular scene or else I would really be sad ðŸ˜
