Gym Day 20: New Challenge Weight Increased

Hello guys its been a few days since my last workout. Good thing Im feeling better now so I could workout.

Anyways its been two weeks since I last increased the weights Im working out on. So today I decided to add 10lbs of weight to all my workouts for today.

First up is Inclined Bench Press using 70lbs weight. Added 10lbs of weight from 60lbs. I did 3 sets of 12 reps each and got through luckily.

Next was TBar Rows using 60lbs of weight. It used to be 50lbs so I added 10lbs to it. I did 3 sets of 12 reps each.

Next was a 30 minute cardio using the Elliptical Machine.

Next was Cable Fly's using 40lbs weight on each hand. I added 10lbs more on each hand so the total weight increase is 20lbs. I had a hard time with this one since the 20lbs increase was too much I guess I did 3 sets but only 12 reps for set 1 and 2 while 8 reps on set 3.

Next was Lateral Pulldowns using 70lbs weight. Again I added 10lbs of weight from 60lbs. Did 3 sets of 12 reps each and luckily again I got through it all.

Last was another 30 minutes cardio using the excercise bike to finish my workout.

I'll try to add them if I could, but honestly I don't want to do ab-exercises just yet. I want to get rid of the belly as much as possible first, this is also the reason why I do 1 hour cardio every time I work out. Since from what I researched the best way to get rid of a fat belly is doing cardio.
