Tarte au saumon
Salut à tous, une tarte toute simple avec du saumon et des épinards.
Les épinards sont en branches et décongelés. Bien les presser pour en extraire le maximum d'eau. Le saumon est cru pour éviter la surcuisson.
L'appareil à quiche 3 oeufs, 1/2 litre de lait battu ensemble, rien de plus simple. Je rajoute juste de l'aneth fraîche.
J'utilise une pâte toute prête, bien la piquer avant de garnir votre tarte.
Ensuite on réparti le saumon coupé et les épinards.
Remplir avec l'appareil à quiche.
25-30 minutes de cuisson dans un four préchauffé à 200° et c'est prêt.
A manger chaud ou froid, mais pour moi le meilleur c'est tiède avec une salade verte.
