Soupe de fraises
Salut à tous, si vous avez des fraises un peu abîmées faîtes en une soupe, à manger froide.
un citron une orange un peu de miel et de la cardamome.
On fait bouillir le tout, puis on mixe et on laisse refroidir. Pour la cardamome penser à casser les écorces, c'est les petites graines qui donnent le goût.
Laisser une nuit au réfrigérateur et serves avec des fruits rouges par exemple.

Cela permet de récup pas mal de fraises qui n'auraient pas été consommées autrement et cela doit être bien rafraichissant pendant les grosses chaleurs ...
