It is now official that Lucas Piazon is no more a Chelsea player as he finally secured a move to Portuguese side Sporting Braga. The Brazilian footballer was the longest serving player at Stamford Bridge despite playing only 3 matches for the Blues.

Piazon joined Chelsea in 2011 from São Paulo and look like a player who is going to break into the starting line up after an impressive display in the youth team, he made his way into Andre Villas-Boas' team the following year and after warming the bench in couples of matches, he finally made his debut in September 2012 at age 18.

Piazon made the line up in a league Cup against Wolverhampton that end 6-0 in favour of the Blues and also got his name on the assist sheet by helping Bertrand to find the back of the net. He also featured in the club next game against Manchester United and also made his debut in the league against Aston Villa in a 8-0 win.

Lucas Piazon was loan out of the club the following season to Malaga and that put an end to his appearance for Chelsea as he went on to serve in 7 different clubs on loan. After a poor display for Spanish side Malaga, Piazon joined Vitesse on another loan in 2013/2014 season where he managed 11 goals and 8 assists in 31 appearances but that wasn't enough to make him a player to look up to at Stamford Bridge.

2014/2015 seen Piazon going out on his third loan with German side Frankfurt before returning to West London for Fulham on a long season loan after spending a year with Reading. Piazon had a great season with Fulham as he helped them to secured a promotion back to the premier league. He made his way back to Stamford Bridge in 2018 when Maurizio Sarri was the manager of Chelsea and was included in the Cup sqaud that defeated Tottenham before joining Chievo that following week.
