He's not selfish

Erik Ten hag said he need Christiano Ronaldo in the new team that he would build because Christiano Ronaldo is an inspiration for the young players that are upcoming. This is very obvious because most young players want to be like him, some of them even jubilate "Siu" (Ronaldo's jubilation). Ronaldo is most young player's idol and it's due to the record that he has set which no one has meet. The under 18 younger that Manchester United promoted; Alejandro Garnacho made it very obvious that he really like Ronaldo.

When Garnacho was introduced against Arsenal, he was amazed that he finally play with his idol, not even against him. He plays as if he can play the whole 90 minutes in just that little minutes he was introduced till extend he received yellow card. The joy was very obvious in him, he ran here and there, the joy was double on that match day, he was glad that he was introduced in a big match for the very time, where crowd are many and still gald that he play with his idol.

But some people criticize Ronaldo that he is selfish in the sense that he want all the success to belong to only him but I didn't see it like that, he just need the club that he plays for win. If Ronaldo is selfish, then he would waste balls, he would waste goals because he won't want to pass even if he is in the box 18 but he plays with his players, he give them passes, it is only when he see chance to shoot shot he do and most of his shots come with force and accurate, which is helping him score goals because even the best goalkeeper find it hard to save his shots.

It's not everyone want to do assists, not everyone is good in that, even Mesuit Ozil that is the best in assist do want to score at times. Everyone would fight for the best awards in the club that they play for, fans and club owners value goals more than assist, so criticising Ronaldo that he's selfish didn't worth it, the goals that he scores and never relent is what makes him great of all time, he's still great till date.
