Becoming a foodie isn't part of my plan for 2021, that plan is to find a gem in the cryptospere like SafeMoon. However, love has other accompanying plans, my girlfriend worries too much about my feeding and she often do the unthinkable like ordering for these yummy breads from another city.

Banana bread and cakes looks the same to me, in fact I think one has just a glorified name than the other. Plus, one can take so many things in it while making/baking it and that's where the confusion comes in; which one could take all the variety of ingredients in them and still remain delicious?

Well, I wouldn't know, all I know is that I have never had cakes with carrots and coconuts flakes in them, also: I haven't tasted ice cream bread. Its a ying yang kind of a thing with this two, but the bread stole the show over the weekend for me and that's what inspired this piece(lol).

Last week Friday was my babe's birthday, sorry I just wrote about it anyways. Her work place was having operational issues been solved, its an airline services and it seems just me and her station manager plus her family remember that day and made it grand. She was too busy to have any kind of celebration so the next day, a Saturday: I got a call that someone ordered banana breads of different flavors and design for me. It was my babe sending me love and my own portion of the menu menu(item 7) lol.

The mystery was, the bread had to journey from the island to the mainland where I stayed and it took over seven hours to get it. Got the call around 10am that it has been picked up by a courier firm but I didn't get it till past 4pm. Thankfully it was made by one of the best outlet and it still retained it's freshness and succulence till the following morning when it was all vanquished by an army of two πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰.

Yes my big bro was around, in fact he's been threatening me while he was on his way saying if I finished it all I should jump the fence once he gets to the apartment(haha). Imagine the bullying, on top my order, my banana bread.

All in all, things shared with love always seems more than enough. Also, regardless of how small some things are, they are valued more than gems considering the sweet kind gesture behind it. I enjoyed the banana breads, I hope she can make it often Someday with our kids around the dinning table munching on the succulent and aromatic chunks, savoring delicious taste and knowing something great bounds us all together.
