Boss, I have a solution for you,
This has worked for me, not only to burn fat but to look super Fit.
The Solution is Callisthenics. Trust me you don't need to go to gym or buy any gym equipment, just use your body as the weapon and tool.
Try press up, sit ups, crunches, planks and many others, just do some combo, in the morning and night 5 times a week,
You will notice a change in 1 month💯
