Mi reporte de Actifict: agosto 22 2022

Hola de nuevo, hoy salimos a caminar al fin con mí padre, hace más de 3 meses que el no podía salir a caminar ya sea por el frío o por el corazón pero no podíamos hacerlo. Hoy después de 3 meses pudimos dar una vuelta a la manzana, son 400 metros aproximadamente, no es mucho porque aún tengo que cuidar que su presión no se descontrole.

Esta es un a historia de lucha, de recuperación de salud y de fé ya que cada día agradecemos a Dios cada mejora en nuestra salud.

Espero desde hoy podamos salir a caminar mucho más y más seguido gracias a todos por leer este corto texto.
