My Actifit Report Card: January 8 2023

I feel a bit off today. I ran out of medicine now I can imagine how painful it should have been without any pain relievers and muscle relaxant. With these medications I can for a second forget I have an injury. But today all is aching including my head. Will get some more medicine to make life easier... Despite that I managed to take the over excited Max out for a walk. It was quite tough when there are his fellow dogs around. I also done my usual stretches with some yoga stretches. I prepared lessons, and worked and still going to work again soon. So till next time. Wishing you all well!
