My Actifit Report Card: December 2 2022

Was a busy day for me yesterday. I had to do my laundry then cooking so I was in the kitchen for a while. It's nice, I like cooking. Then I did lessons preparation. Then I walked and ran around with Max. It was a nice day but quite humid. Then I had to work.

Of course, I did my daily stretches with some yoga stretches as well.
