Hello. It's a long day for me today for I had an early start compared to my normal days this year and I did a seriously long walk. It was hot and humid as usual. Was threatening but didn't rain. Max is happy and so am I.

I did my usual stretches, a bit of yoga stretches, laundry, moving around, lessons preparation, work, etc.
