My Actifit Report Card: August 31 2022

Weather started good today, well, it wasn't at midnight last night so another sleep deprived night. So yeah, it started good but during my afternoon walk time it rained. The good thing is I did think ahead, I took Max out when it started to go dark with thick clouds. Happy and satisfied Max. As usual I did my daily stretches, a bit of yoga stretches, lessons preparation, work, etc.
Unfortunately, I missed taking photos today so I'll be sharing with you photos of yesterday's walk.
