My Actifit Report Card: August 24 2022

Weather was foul today just like yesterday. But still happy enough because it was better than expected. Forecast was worst. Despite that I managed to take Max out but then of course only for a bit because rain comes and goes... I am missing my longer walk. I'll see if tomorrow's weather is better. Hoping for a good one. So I just did what I could. I did my usual stretches along with it is a bit of yoga stretches, moving around among other things like lessons preparation, work, etc.
