Hello all!
I am very happy I have reached over 11k today. I had a good start this morning. I did my daily stretches, a bit of yoga stretches, moving around among other things. I had a good walk this morning. Didn't realized it had rained after midnight last night. Since I didn't notice that means I was deeply sleeping, yay! What a blessing otherwise, possibility of falling asleep will be very slim. I also had a good walk with the boys this afternoon.
