My entry for the first ladies of hive contest
100 dollars is a huge amount of money and some could kill just to have it especially now that things are very costly, some would also invest and do better things with the money.
Me, myself and I if I get to see or have such amount of money, I'll be happy and I'll thank God and I know many options and things to by will be in my head.
I'll remember that I have to buy a Gucci bag and shoes, I remember I need to make my hair, I'll remember that I need to buy clothes, phone, jewelries etc. All of those and many more will just be in my head, why? Because I've got 100 dollars. And if I'm someone that is not contented with what I have, I'll end up lavishing everything.
But I'm not like that and I will not be, I have got plans, goals, aspirations etc. So when I'm given such amount of money, the first thing I will do with it is to buy a land. Yes, I will buy a land, not just a land, many lands, if I cannot build on it or do anything with it today, I will tomorrow.
Land is one of the great asset one could have cos there are many things to do with it. You could build a beautiful place and rent each rooms there to people, you can build a firm, industry, citadel of learning, church for God and you can also live in it as well if you want to and that will cut the expenses of you renting an apartment to stay.
I could always do other things with the 100 dollars, but the first thing and the most important and Paramount thing in my mind is to buy a land. And I know I'll be doing the right thing.

Where I live the cost of land is very expensive so $100 will not go far in Western Canada, but if you can find accessible productive land, even for growing a modest sized cash crop, all the better.

Yes, that is a great choice to make @mhizerbee, cause fashion trends come and go, but a home is where you can be for as along as you want and land can become a good home.
So tell me, how much is the cost of an average size block of land there?
And what is you dollar worth compared to the USD?
Hello. Nice to meet you. You are definitely a young lady with her head on straight. Yes, real estate is an asset that you can't go wrong with purchasing. No matter how small a land acreage you buy, it will be yours. You can develop it later.
What's most important is that there are many advantages to real estate ownership. Keep looking in the right direction.
