Hi guys! I trust we are all doing fine. I‘m happy to bring you yet another interesting article on my blog!

These days a lot of people are becoming more health conscious (I’m not excluded in this case ;) ). This is a good thing of course and I hope I am able to convince most hivers reading this if not all to join the trend! In this article, I will discuss the basics of health and diseases at the cellular level!

One point I’d like to emphasize is the fact that the quality of our health is all based on ENERGY! This energy actually originates from the cellular level of the human body. It’s no hidden fact that cells are the basic building blocks of each and everyone who is actually reading this article! Even two contrasting words: LIFE and DEATH are both brought about by these minute things called cells.

To function properly and get the energy needed by the human body, these cells must have access to oxygen and water. Whatever acts to reduce or diminish the supply of these respective vital element and compound will definitely lead to what is termed a “DISEASE”!

In our bloodstream, these cells find an adequate balance of conditions in which they can exist as they get their constant supply of the Oxygen, water and other essential nutrients. And for a cell to be termed a ”healthy cell”, it must be able to take in oxygen and these essential nutrients in optimum amounts. Not only this, the cell must also be able to expel any metabolic waste generated in order to stay healthy. Hence, when the bloodstream is healthy, the body cells definitely remain healthy, and you as a person are healthy!

To get a deeper understanding of how the health of the body cells actually determines the health status of an individual, let’s take a look at the following:

Cells are said to communicate at a micro-molecular level with the aid of electrical impulses. Every cell needs EM Charges (Electromagnetic charges) to function at an optimal level!. And yes! Believe me you, the human body actually works only because of Electromagnetism!

How and why is this true? One might ask!

Well, the human body has a very delicate biochemistry which never ceases to amaze me! At the cellular level, the body maintains the biochemistry with (+ve) and (–ve) charges. Chemistry actually explains how Electricity comes into play in keeping this balance. Anything that interrupts the balance of these charges will definitely affect the health of the cells. Almost, if not all atoms and molecules exist as micro-magnets just like battery cells with their respective (+)poles and (-)poles. And they find a way to interact with the human body cells stated earlier!

Another shot caller in the balance of the health system of cells is the “ACID-ALKALINE” Balance! The Red Blood Cells (RBC) have been said to be happy and do very fine in alkaline environment! They are able to swim faster and do not gather to form blood clots in this pH range! This implies that they can relatively absorb and eliminate the essential nutrients and oxygen optimally in the alkaline environment.

However, when we take a look at how well these Red Blood Cells function in an Acidic environment, we get to see that they do not function well. :( This is because the cells lose their charges in the acidic pH range and consequently form clots by sticking together. Opposite to what was discussed in the paragraph above, when these cells stick together, then optimum absorption of oxygen plus nutrients and elimination of waste becomes a big problem! The sticky cells die off soon enough and increase the acidic level of the bloodstream which only worsens the health status of other cells and the body at large.

Another curious question to ask is;

How does this increase in acidity worsen the health status of an individual as described above?

Well, I got to find out that when the acidic level of the bloodstream is high, all sorts of diseases set in. This is because the biochemistry of the body does not really function well in acidic pH ranges. It needs a balance of acids and alkaline in the right proportions to maintain the Electromagnetism of the cells affected by the bloodstream. The optimum pH of the blood is regulated between 7.3 –- 7.4. Any value out of this range means a loss of cell life.

The human body is known to be smart and I’m sure we know that it takes decisions on its own without consulting us..lol! Hence, in order to maintain the stated optimum pH, it finds a solution by accumulating the excess acidic components and storing them away from the bloodstream! (Quite a genius, right?) The body then finds a way to neutralize the acidic components and subsequently expel them from the body through either the kidneys or Colon!

So guys, imagine when you have so much toxic acid in your system such that the body finds it hard to neutralize and eliminate the excess acid through the known channels of elimination (which are; Respiration, Urination, through the numerous pores on the skin8 etc.) it ends up storing the excess acid in the body tissues, body fluids, fatty tissues etc. This is all in a bid to maintain the blood pH of 7.3 -- 7.4.

It is amazing to know that the body itself does not want to die, wishing it could live on forever..lol! This effort of the human body to balance the acid-alkaline situation by storing the excess acid in various parts of the body so as to ensure we do not die, is what eventually leads to DISEASES (such as breast and Prostate cancer, Type I Diabetes among many others!) Remember, anything out of the stated optimum pH range for the bloodstream means certain death!

Several studies carried out by Biologists such as. Dr. Robert O. Young, have shown that the gradual mutation of healthy cells into bacteria can occur if they do not get the right amount of oxygen needed!. (uhmmmm guys, I was awed when I got to find out about this also!) This is consequent of the fact that the cells actually try to adapt to the new excess acidic condition.

The feature described above is termed “PLEOMORPHISM”. This simply reverberates the fact that when the pH of the bloodstream is well balanced, the immune system is at its best! Also, the blood is so important that it determines whether we live or die! And we really need to grasp the concept of how whatever we take into the body affects our health!

Every substance that enters the body either gets assimilated or eliminated!. Hence we ought to be mindful of these things, opt for healthy lifestyle choices, eat water rich foods and exercise the body as much as possible to help get those toxins out of the body system!

If we are healthy at the cellular level, then we are healthy as a living organism!

With everything I have discussed so far, I hope I was able to pass a unique message to you guys! I most definitely look forward to your comments and views! And I also look forward to learning from hivers who may have a better understanding of the concept discussed in this article! Cheers y’all and remember to stay safe always!

Interesting article. However, the section on pleomorphism needs explanation and caution as well. Especially the following sentence "[...]the bacteria can again transform into a healthy cell[...]". Bacteria are procaryotes compared to human cells that are eucaryotes. These are two different types of cells that can live in symbiosis but at no point can transition in each other types. The work of Dr. Young you mentioned had never been peer-reviewed and/or reproduce by anyone to make it a scientific consensus. Please verify the facts. Spreading such theory can lead to misinformation.
