My Actifit Report Card: June 18 2022

Hey Actifitters,

Yesterday's weather was great for June in Michigan: sunny but cool. So of course, we started the day with a long walk to the forest with the dogs.

Once again, the dogs had a blast running off-leash everywhere.

As I was saying before, the trails are getting dryer, and we could go deeper in the woods. We even went to the teepees, it had been months.

That's more exploration for the dogs!

Later in the afternoon, that weather of course called for espressos on the deck, with the dogs playing in the background.

For once, they managed to tire themselves out.

I also went for a run, the first one in 3 months. Details in my Exhaust post, but the good news is that my ankle was okay.

And finally, you probably guessed it: a sunset walk!
