My Actifit Report Card: December 22 2021

Hey Actifitters,

After the nice change of pace yesterday with a hike in a different park, we were back to our routine today, but with the sun.

So first, a little bit of dog training in the yard.

Then of course, we went on a long walk to the forest.

For once, the sun was still high and bright.

We walked for quite some time in the woods, but my phone battery died, so no more pictures.

Much later in the evening, after I spent many hours trying to clean up the house before my trip, I went for a run. 10 miles, that's longer than my usual run, but I wanted to improve my mileage before the end of the month/year.
