Definitely, permit to say Many are actually suffering now in life not just because they are not at the right place or having the right sense of reasoning,but at a point in life they have neglect what matter most in their life just because they seems to be making impact in other's life.
Biblically it is love your neighbor as yourself not more than yourself,but some as done that without doing the needful too in thier own life.
One adage in my country says
You don't put others issues on your head and holding yours with just a hand alone
