What I took prepare for dinner: Vegetable soup suitable with anything

Hello, I happen to be a caterer, I also happen to be some people food plug in my area,my children love my cooking so much. Today I just felt like taking vegetable, and its also my favorite among all soup in Nigeria,.
Vegetable is a leaf that is very rich in vitamin A, its a common soup in Nigeria, and it also help to reduce the tendency of too much of carbohydrates, sugar, colestrol which can leads to diabetes, and I happen to be a vegetarian,taking more veggies not laefy alone, can help my immune systems nicely without any stomach disorder. Vegetable soup can be taken with anything, like rice, semovita, amala,pounded yam, wheat etc, for vegetarian its always nice for us to add this vegetable to any things we are eating, either cucumber, carrot, cabbage, they are very good, but here I present vegetable soup.

Pepper.
Crayfish.
Ponmo(cow skin).
Red oil
Smoke fish.
Maagi
Salt.
With water.
Semovita.
