My Actifit Report Card: July 31 2022

It was a good and relaxing day. The only thing is that I forgot to wear my Fitbit and short of 14 steps to get that 5k mark. After attending church, we visited an old friend at a rest home in our town. He's 99 and still sharp but he already lost his sight. Back home, I did some cleaning in our conservatory.

This is the view from our deck this morning. It was -1 degree and frosty outside. The skies promise a good weather and it held that promise, though a looming storm is brewing again.
