I worked from home again today and for hours, I was in front of my PC. After work, I went to our backyard to clear some growing branches from a number of shrubs around the area.

This is pancit palabok, one of the popular noodle dishes in the Philippines. This is my favorite though it's a bit difficult to encourage Kiwi friends to try it (they love pancit bihon though) as they find the orange color unusual.
