It was a good start of the work week. Though I still worked from home, from time to time I stop what I do to finish my spring cleaning at the back side of our house. I also continued repotting my plants in the late afternoon after my work shift.
This is how corned beef is cooked in the Philippines... it is cooked in sauteed garlic and onion. Potatoes are also added. I had corned beef back in the day from Pacific Island friends but it was only cooked as is, from the can. Though when they cook, the amount is huge. I remember having more corned beef than rice!
