It was a relaxing start of the weekend. My numbers just came from sorting the additional firewood that I ordered since our current stock will only last for another two weeks, and it is only the middle of winter.

Here's my first attempt to do a Filipino BBQ dish, but not on the stick! Not bad, especially that I created from scratch, not something from a bottle.
