Impact of top football clubs using SPORTS token
This is just a fragment of my imagination and its actualization could be hard but it's possible.
Ever imagined top football clubs using the Sports token? Well, the use cases could be endless depending on the way you chose to see it.
With clubs like PSG, Juventus, Roma, and Atletico Madrid having their fans tokens, it shows that cryptos and sports could integrate.
The fans' tokens are based on holders having a say in the affairs of a football club by a fan. Fans tokens might work great in that aspect, but SPORTS tokens could have a greater impact than that.
Now, let's analyze what sports token adoption by big football clubs would do for them.
football clubs usings sports token as a means of payment between one another will make it easier for them to cut some extra cost such as Tax. We all know that cryptos could be used to evade paying tax and utilizing it will clear extra cost.
Still, on the issue of tax, do you know that most football clubs pay their players' high fee due to the Taxing system of that country. Imagine a country like England, where over 40% of your income is been taxed, it makes paying the players extra expensive.
So using Sports as a means of payment to staffs and players cuts extra costs and also could make the clubs pay lesser while making more revenue which will be harder for government to tax.
One good thing about using Sports token is that transactions cost is free. Imagine the extra happiness that fans will feel if they have to pay less as a gate fee for a match. Sports tokens will make that possible and also further integrate the club fans with crypto.
Sports tokens could be used for the daily running of the club affairs and even payment for the purchase of players. That's the most interesting aspect. Imagine a player being sold for 400,000 SPORTs.
While this will be good for top clubs or any football club in general, its impacts will be greatly felt by the sportstalksocial community and the SPORTS community in general.
The recognition and the traffic that comes from this will be massive. For the sporttalksocial community, the exposure will bring about more adoption of the community for the creation of more sports posts. It will lead to high traffic and a variety of sports-related posts.
For SPORTS token, it will drive the price of the token higher. The token use cases will make it one essential token to have and it longed for.
Although this is just a wish or a fragment of imagination, but its actualization will take a lot of input. It's possible in all sense but where the problem might arise is the high price volatility of the token.
That shouldn't be a problem in today's world as everyone is quite aware that crypto is highly volatile. The price could change in an instance but it's all for the good as it's react to curb out inflation.

Well that arises the question of , why not use Bitcoin? Why use SPORTS? If your answer is "because it is related to sports" or that it is "sports specific",where are they going to spend them?
I am not against your idea . I guess any company or organization or any field for that matter must gradually shift to crypto.
Say 10% in SPORTS and the remaining in fiat.

It doesn't always have to be Bitcoin, sport token is fine ragardless of it's value now.
My point is, we gotto make sure SPORTS is widely accepted.
Let's say it is accepted in all sports store and another as @lebey1 mentioned ticket fee.
If we focus on usecase , people will start issuing tokens.
Why I mentioned Bitcoin is because of its acceptance. Let's focus on acceptance rather than issuance/distribution of tokens is my view.
It can only be widely accepted if a community of create minds constantly promotes it. If there's no Issuance and distribution, creating more holders that believe in it, then it cannot be widely given a chance. The process starts with us, the community that believes.
Well that's why I have started accepting SPORTS for my dcity cards but still there is much to be done and still we can do and we will. The thing is , we need to focus on applications and usecases. I focus on that .
That's nice, am already on the way to buy and stake 1M sport tokens. I don't know how to use dcity tho.
Bitcoin charges transfer fee, that's a turn off for me
I think my reasons for saying sports token it's because bitcoin is becoming limited and anything becoming limited won't really serve the needs of the football club . sports is limited too but not to the extent of bitcoin.
Also, I think the biggest factor decider is the fact that the transaction fee is free.. Imagining you using Bitcoin to buy a match day ticket of 10 dollars worth and you have to pay a transaction fee of 20 dollars, what's the sense in that

Clubs will have their own coin or a football token and have no reason to use @sportstalksocial as their coin. The name is wrong and the name is based on a radio program which is not the best to be honest. I don't know if we can rename this or not. Masses blogging on here yes but clubs will not adopt this like PSG launching their own coin, others will do the same.
I don't think they need to change the name of the platform. The SPORTS token is all that is needed. I feel the PSG token is kind of restricted, I think I mention that also. It's restricted to a club.
SPORTS tokens encompass all spheres of sports and not just to a particular team or sport. That's what's makes the token more valuable.
We will see who is right. Already the socios platform has Barcelona,PSG, Roma,Atletico,Juventus and others so it is too late as the clubs make the money off the coin. They are businesses and this coin will be used in other areas of their businesses.
Yes..but reading from the socios platform, the tokens are just for the decision-making process in the club. I don't think they intend to broaden their scope and that's what makes sports token better. besides socios is been run on chillz, meaning transaction fee will apply, sports is a transaction free
