3 Healthy Habits - Blogging Challenge Day 12

This the day 12 I post in blogging challenge. I hope I can accomplish 30 day of session I. It is not easy to write what is really in my self but with blogging challenge I feel more motivated.

This is the day 12. Habits that are healthy. Ehmm? Let me thing for a while , do I really have healthy habits?

Alright, though the habit is not healthy enough, I think it can be categorized as healthy habits.

  • I like to drink plain water.

Drinking plain water is great for our health. I always be discipline to drink white or plain water. After , I wake up in the morning, I drink a glass of water before swallow anything. In my culture believe , doing this will make us healthy. I also bring a bottle of water in my bag when I go to work or go out. I do not want to get dehydrated because I have no drink in my bag. What do you think? Is it a healthy habit?

  • I always eat breakfast.
    Some people here in my neighbourhood do not like having breakfast. They go to work with empty stomach. They go to work at 7 and arrive at work place at 8 in the morning. In the short time rest, they have no time to eat breakfast in the workplace. Then, they will eat breakfast at 9,10 or 11 am. I have the experience not having breakfast when I go to school. At 11 am I got stomachache. I realized that I did not eat breakfast. Not having breakfast can cause stomach ulcer for me . So Everyday, I always eat breakfast early from 7 to 8 in the morning.

  • Empty my mind from hatred

I used to be active in twitter. My twitter feed is full of hatred. All is about politics in my country. Then, My mind was brought to the situation. I sometime felt headache. In fact, my comments and tweets in twitter account did not effect anything to the politic situation. Now, I stop tweeting about politic and unfollow some accounts that spread hatred about politics. I want to free my mind from feeling hatred that have no effect to my life. After freeing my mind from tweeter and hatred, I can write better posts in hive. I know more cool accounts in hive. I also do not conflict to hive posters that trigger my hate. I just want to be free from feeling dislike to other people.

Those are three habits that in my opinion are healthy. I m feeling better now, and can write more posts and better posts than few months ago. Blogging challenge also drag my energy and focus to better life and healthier mind.
