Just recently, I have been thinking of making a dessert. My sister made one for them, and I have a craving. I also found out that my sister-in-law loves tapioca salad, so I told my brother that I will make one, and he gave money. I just added a little as I tried to budget the money I have in hand.

Ingredients:

  • Tapioca starch
  • Corn kernel
  • All-purpose cream
  • Cheese
  • Condensed Milk

Procedure:

I actually sliced the cheese into half. The half of the cheese was grated. I used the Eden Queso de Bola flavor. I had mistaken as I am looking for the cheddar cheese. I found out at home when I bought a different one. Thus, its color is different.

Pour in the all-purpose cream and condensed milk. Keep stirring until they blended.

Slice the half of the cheese into cubes.

Heat some water, then wash the tapioca starch, and drain.

In a bowl, combine the tapioca starch and corn kernel. Afterwards, mix the cream and stir.

Refrigerate to chill, and serve!
